If you sign up to xooguru.com free of charge, all of your additions are recorded. This may be creating a new page or just adding to an existing one. You acquire reward points based on the amount you contribute, the number of hits it receives and the number of external links to the page.
At the end of each month, half of all the profits generated in that month are shared out among the contributors based on the number of points they have. Payments will be made via PayPal and to the email address you use to sign up. Payments are delayed by one month so January's profits are paid out by the end of February and February's by the end of March etc... There are no minimum payments that need to be reached.
The money is generated by pay per click advertising, sponsorship and affiliate schemes. We constantly view new additions to the wiki adding related advertising to maximise income and your reward.

According to Metcalfe's Law, a network is not worth the sum of its parts but increases exponentially as new items are added. This means that when a new entry is added to xooguru.com, not only does the author of that entry benefit, all the other authors of all other entries benefit too due to the extra traffic and greater awareness of the site.
